Few issues with the HR dep at the SLC branch specifically, but they are probably not systematic or a problem with the company as a whole.
Initially I had to battle for months to get my correct hire-date loaded in the system.
WTW HR also mistakenly hired me as an hourly employee instead of salary (I was working 50+ hours a week at the time but being payed a flat salary), and come time to pay bonuses: they rushed to fix the error and had to pay my bonus out in multiple-instances of company gift-cards.
Other issues involving lack of follow-up where necessary.
