Pros
Fast past environment with a good mixture of complex problems and macro-intensive tasks. Extremely intelligent peers and a positive culture as a whole. Growth opportunities, while somewhat inconsistent, can be explosive for driven and talented individuals.
Cons
Few issues with the HR dep at the SLC branch specifically, but they are probably not systematic or a problem with the company as a whole. Initially I had to battle for months to get my correct hire-date loaded in the system. WTW HR also mistakenly hired me as an hourly employee instead of salary (I was working 50+ hours a week at the time but being payed a flat salary), and come time to pay bonuses: they rushed to fix the error and had to pay my bonus out in multiple-instances of company gift-cards. Other issues involving lack of follow-up where necessary.
