Pros
At least you have a Steady income. It beats unemployment and the desk space is good. A lot of space. They have hired some really nice people although it's done in a mass.
Cons
At Towers Watson one exchange there is no clear path to move up in company unless you are friends with the managers. Same wages for the last four years because you are not friends with management. If you apply for a job opening you receive a quick denial because the job is already promised to a favorite of manager regardless of your experience and their lack of experience
