Pros

If you have had a mediocre career, but have the ability to take other peoples ideas, grab leads before the right person with the right skills does, and promote yourself and synch up with upper management, then this is place for you!

Cons

Still having problems with the merger from 2010. Old Towers Perrin culture reigns in the Talent, Rewards, and Communications practice. Not very talented people get ahead, as long as they play the politics right. They don't recognize talent. Consultants are way overworked, and they don't pay as well as the big 4 consulting firms.

Pros

When I first started, there were a lot of great people to learn from. Collaborating with others frequently quickens learning and development.

Cons

Salaries are the same across office regions. Senior sellers leaving the company at an alarming rate. As a result work is becoming harder to come by.

Takes a while for the honey-moon phase to pass, yet when it does, the dysfunction becomes crystal clear.

Pros

There are some employees that are dedicated, and they form the back-bone of the company. Good internal coursework.

Cons

Hiring for teams takes far too long - staffing issues do not become a priority until a deadline has passed. Branch management had an "open-door" policy, but only in theory. Still a good-ol'-boy company. Nothing is done to keep 'negative' employees under control.
