I had an extremely disappointing experience working here. Despite putting in consistent effort and often being the only one actively contributing on the team, I was put on a PIP immediately after probation and later laid off without any prior notice. The work environment is deeply toxic certain team members who've been around for years behave like they own the place, often resorting to public humiliation, mockery, and unprofessional conduct. If you're considering joining the actuarial team, I’ve heard better things about it. But if you're being placed in the team I was part of, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. The lack of respect, support, and basic decency from senior team members makes it a very unhealthy space to work in. They won't even allow you work from home or to log off on time and will make you work till 11 at night

Bad management, WFH policy is not applied, timesheet always ask to decrease the resources hours on reflecting profit increase but not reflect the actual workload. Not humanized. Everyone follows workflows except the Boss.
