Pros
Some can make it to other jobs, the working environment is pleasant as far as the building as it is new and the desks are large, great people on the teams
Cons
No concern for the people who work there, fear is used as an incentive, no marketing plans, everything is done on a wing and a prayer. You are not looked at for advancement unless you have been buttering up the supervisors or have another type of connection. Great work means nothing. There is never a safe feeling and there is no idea in management about how the process really works. Supervisors are not licensed and can offer little help. No forward thinking, just jump in the water and see what hapens
