Pros
The biggest asset of the office in Cologne are the people - professional, very motivated, friendly and somehow relaxed. A very unusual mixture among the consulting firms. And I enjoy a lot being a part of it. Other pros are very good (for consulting) work-life balance, international projects, a lot of work from office in Cologne and a lot of flexibility to set the work process as you would like to have it.
Cons
The only thing that I could mention - WTW is a big international corporation, what implies bureaucracy at some extent and things that are (on first glance) unnecessary. But it doesn't really bother.
