Pros
There is a collaborative work environment and most people are willing to help as much as they can. Managers are visible whether virtual or in office. Different corporate professional developments, mixers, and happy hours.
Cons
The work-life balance lacks greatly in this position. Most BAs work 55-60 hours minimum throughout the year and it increases during peak times (the salary isn't comparable for this extra work). Be prepared to miss a few of your kids programs if the client needs something done. There isn't enough training if you switch over to a client who has the older system.
