Pros

They try to keep the environment fun, everyone I work with is exceedingly talented and friendly. I think the pay is right where it should be for our market. Management really listens to you. I think there's a lot of opportunity when you are the right fit.

Cons

During AE, your work hours can be around 60 hours per week. They say that in the summer there is a slow period to offset that, but I have yet to experience this. It does really vary depending on what client you are staffed on, or what role you are in.

Pros

Great pay, excellent place to learn and grow.

Cons

Work life balance is a real issue. Also, favoritism is another issue. If you have friends in the right places, you will do well but if you don't, you'll be looked over regardless of your skills. Kissing up gets you everywhere at TW.

Pros

Flexible schedule, performance bonuses, good people to work with, ability to work from home, good benefits package, lots of growth opportunities

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge, especially when large projects arise, such as client implementations or bulk lump sum offerings. Pay for pension analysts seems to be at the low end and it is difficult to get meaningful raises.
