Pros

Having the flexibility to work from home and take time you need to manage life is a plus.

Cons

The flexible work arrangement doesn’t allow you to put up guard rails and stop you from working until 3am during the week and on weekends to get “the job done”. Client support model is unreasonable for consultants. Also benefits and pay are subpar.

Pros

Fantastic pay. Great home-grown systems and ever-changing work place. Extremely competent, high-performing teams and colleagues.

Cons

Hugely demanding workplace where they continue to add clients and pile on work with little ability to have a positive work-life balance. Expectation is that you surrender your outside life, travel whenever necessary (sometimes with little notice) and work well beyond normal work hours to accommodate client needs. I missed family birthdays, had a colleague that made himself available to clients while on vacation with this children at Disney World, etc. It's a cold call center environment very much geared toward outward appearance to clients. After 1 1/2 years only two people in the center knew my kids' names. There is little connection to individuals at WTW.
