-Competitive salary -Some flexibility in schedule worked -Good name to have on your resume

Cons

-No training or mentorship whatsoever. They are very dismissive when you express interest in further training -'Big brother' is in full effect here. Micromanaging your comings and goings, reading your emails, monitoring your instant messages. -Terrible and expensive benefits -Extremely conservative environment (dress code, etc.) -Those promoted to management rolls have little to no experience managing others and it's evident. -No team environment between producers and service staff. 'Us against them' mentality. You are disregarded if you're not selling.

Cons

Legacy HRH in management are doing a poor job. The quality of work has decreased considerably. Very disappointing.

I liked the fact that I was given a chance for advancement. I met great people throughout my years there.

Cons

Management is very poorly. Lack of communication between team leader and associate. Going above and beyond your job description is not recognized for example you can be doing excellent work, management will tell you that you are doing excellent but one mistake its over, they forget everything good you did in the past. They are very ungratefull and they don't appreciate your services.
