Yearly pay raise. Exposure to a lot of cloud technologies. Flexible Hours.

Cons

The company is transitioning away from English speaking software engineers. I was essentially forced to quit. Bosses gave me good reviews until the news came down that they were no longer going to be hiring in the states. Then suddenly my performance reviews went downhill without any reason given. It was obvious they were trying to get rid of me by essentially torturing me until I quit.
