      Good pay, great people and benefits!

      Cons

      work life balance shifted with new management requiring 5 days in office when we signed up for a hybrid job. Pay is good but could be more for the amount of work we do.

      Pros

      I can’t think of anything positive besides the base salary being somewhat decent for new grads.

      Cons

      No work life balance, the job is 5 days a week in office and you can do everything at home. Frat Boy Culture Heavy Gossip Encouraged work before and after hours Burn out Commission is M3+1 for bonuses and takes a full year for residuals to retain you

      Good company if you’re in the right district.

      Pros

      Work / life balance, no territory, uncapped commission, 100k bonus if you bring on 2m in new business in a year.

      Cons

      Rates are not competitive, Massive sales team so high chances of finding companies using us, management, upper management keeps quitting which isn’t a great sign, LOW COMISSION % compared to industry,
