      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      -Comp after you build a book of business (usually takes 2-3 years to ramp up) - Freedom (IF YOU PERFORM, YOU WONT BE MICROMANAGED). - Personal/Professional Development - Share Investment opportunities - Freedom to work remotely - Great benefits - Residual commission for the life of the account

      Cons

      A lot of turnover due to the type of hires they make... usually bring on recent college grads with 0 professional experience. The jobs not for everyone. You have to make cold calls & its a high performance role which can be stressful at times.

      Pros

      WWEX is an excellent place to work! I've been here for a little over 3 months and enjoy the office, my colleagues, the training, and commission structure. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to training and providing realistic goals with fun contests and great commission.

      Cons

      It is a male-dominant industry but that doesn't mean that women can't excel here!
