      Can work remote now fully from home.

      Cons

      Never get a raise and the pay isn’t great. Also anyone in a leadership position is white and typically a male.

      Toxic Environment

      Upward Mobility potential, decent training available

      Cons

      Extremely toxic environment. Employees are nothing but numbers on spreadsheets, no loyalty to strong performers whatsoever. Managers often engage in inappropriate behavior for a professional workplace. Alcohol abuse is common. Male-female dynamic also very unprofessional between leadership and employees. Would not recommend this job.
