      Pros

      Decent benefits, pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      Trying to integrate multiple acquired companies before issues such as systems are addressed. Was becoming a very chaotic environment in 2023. Promised more than enough work for everybody just before multiple rounds of layoffs ensued.

      Great People but Disorganized

      Pros

      Remote work, people are friendly and great to work with, decent pay, some flexibility.

      Cons

      Lack of process documentation or training, managers can be difficult to communicate with, not a lot of feedback or opportunities for growth. Late night hours sometimes and expected to be available last minute for after hours support. May customers and carriers are really not happy with this company right now and not being paid timely.
