      Pros

      Working remotely was a huge plus. The schedule was great working from 5am-1pm. Great training and lots of rewards for hard work.

      Cons

      You are just a number, it’s hard to get in contact with any management, pay wasn’t great. I was let go during a “reorganization” with no warning at all. I was just training for something new the day before.

      We are happy to hear you enjoyed the worklife flexibility and the training you received. We are a pay for performance company and our employees are incentivized and recognized for all their hard work. The company is still integrating different operating models from acquisitions which sometimes does result in reorganization of workstreams.
