Pros

You have complete control of your destiny and success working for Worldwide Express. They are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet with excellent training and awesome coworkers to help you along the way. This is the classic, you get out of it what you put in, so if you are a self starter and looking to create your own success this is the perfect job for you!

Cons

This career path requires someone with excellent time management skills, while being assertive and driven. You have to be willing to talk to random people that you do not know.

Jubilant staff, incredible learning experience and excellent mentors with the expertise needed to help you succeed. They drive themselves to be better than they were yesterday and it is a communicable attitude that pushes you to win the day.

Cons

Very self driven and it is necessary to be organized and stay up to date with your tasks that need to get fulfilled.

Pros

If you are willing to hustle, this is a great place to start a career. Great office environment and company culture. Has to be one of the best training programs in the country. Management won't throw you to the wolves (like I have heard about other sales positions), they work with you and want you to be successful. There are tons of contests and bonuses for those who are competitive.

Cons

Just with any sales position, it can be stressful. You are going to have your good days, and your bad days. Its all about how you react to those bad days. If you let little things get to you, you might want to look for a career outside of sales.
