Pros
Everything that is offered by this company, both tangible and intangible, is pretty great. From the company culture to comp plans, autonomy with the job...this company is one of the best, in my opinion, to work for. I have been here for 7 years and still love it! Training is top notch,
Cons
Biggest challenge is rejection. If you can handle it, you can handle this job. The cold calling can be tough but if you consider yourself a people person and aren't afraid to step outside your comfort zone, you will do well. Work-life balance is a little hard to manage at time, especially for the first 6-12 months as you want to hit the ground running in order to make some good money.
