      Amazing first job- impecable training and they only hire from within!

      Pros

      It's most peoples first job for the entry level positions so they have THE most amazing training- it really sets you up for success. It's a really tough job and requires a lot of hard work but if you stick it out, they only hire form within so there's a lot of room for advancement. The company as a whole is also one of the best in the industry so the product basically sells itself.

      Cons

      A LOT of hard work- you have to be dedicated to working, sometimes staying late, and dealing with rejection.

      Pros

      On your own throughout the day, can work with great clients face to face.

      Cons

      Long hours, work at home on weekends, micromanaging and "were better than everyone" mentality by coworkers and upper management, very unethical company, overworked and not paid near enough for work put in.
