I love my job and find it very fulfilling. This role requires a specific kind of personality to succeed, it’s not for everyone. You must be accessible 24/7 and pay attention to details. If you don’t like people don’t take this job. If you don’t want to work over 40 hours/week, don’t take this job. If you don’t want to put in extra effort to increase your pay, don’t take this job.

Cons

Change from hybrid to in-office requirement abruptly causing some employees to pay for daycare and pet care that previously was not needed due to previous work flexibility. departments don’t communicate and often have issues that could easily be fixed. Some managers are much more micro-managing than others in a harmful way and think if they don’t see their employees in their desk that they aren’t working.
