Pros
There isn't many days that I don't love coming into work. I'm always learning something new and there is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. Its a fun fast paced environment. Everyone is about the same age so we all have a lot in common and we all get along very well.
Cons
The hours can be longer than your typically 9-5 job, and be prepared to work hard if you are looking for advancement.
