      Worldwide Express is a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Worldwide Express has great company culture and work atmosphere. Most of the people who work here are young, Type A personalities.

      Cons

      This is the job where you work hard, and you will get rewarded. The annual company conference makes all of the hard work work it.

      Pros

      Easy to get off to a quick start to make money. Commissions are residual, so they stay with you as you continue to your career. This means that every customer you sign up is like getting a promotion. You dictate what you make.

      Cons

      Tough job when you first start. This job is for people who want to work hard to get ahead quickly. The people who come into Worldwide Express looking for a "job" usually do not do well. The people who come looking for a career and are ready to work hard see a lot of early success. Manager's do expect a lot from you early on.

      Seemed like a great company but I didn't get the job...

      Pros

      The office environment was electric compared to other jobs that I have interviewed for. I immediately noticed the music and the fun that all of the employees seemed to be having. I went out on a couple different field rides with the Sales Reps to get a good feeling for the job and what it entails. I felt like the interview process was lengthy but thorough and "trying" out the position with people who do it each day was extremely helpful. I really felt like I had a good feeling about what the job entailed after going out.

      Cons

      I was definitely exhausted after both times going out in the field and given that I didn't get the job I was a bit frustrated and disappointed in the length of the interview process.
