Pros
The office environment was electric compared to other jobs that I have interviewed for. I immediately noticed the music and the fun that all of the employees seemed to be having. I went out on a couple different field rides with the Sales Reps to get a good feeling for the job and what it entails. I felt like the interview process was lengthy but thorough and "trying" out the position with people who do it each day was extremely helpful. I really felt like I had a good feeling about what the job entailed after going out.
Cons
I was definitely exhausted after both times going out in the field and given that I didn't get the job I was a bit frustrated and disappointed in the length of the interview process.
