Great Company & Career for the Right Person

Pros

Been with Worldwide Express for over 9 years and had more opportunity than most of my friends during that time. Top performers are rewarded more than most other companies. If you are willing to put your career at a high priority in your life this company gives back that weight in gold! Sell the brand name products but have a smaller office feel locally which provides a great culture. Hire only a handful of people each year in each office so they get a ton of attention in the first 6-12 months. The Field Sales Managers go out with the new reps in the cars multiple times each week to help them get traction.

Cons

Plenty of ups & downs each day and & week. Working 11 hour days are not for everybody. One of the reasons for the rapid WWE growth is the aggressive approach to the market, and in person cold calling is not for everyone, but it's much more effective than doing it over the phone.

Pros

Worldwide Express is a great place to work for those looking to either begin or continue their professional career. Endless opportunity for advancement, awarded training programs, excellent inter-departmental communication and a strong sense of family within the company make Worldwide Express attractive to any business professional. The performance expectation is high, however this is juxtaposed with a reward system that recognizes and compensates those that strive for excellence. Plus there's nothing like building and maintaining your own book of business!

Cons

The first month can be very demanding and personal feedback from the management level can be difficult, however this is only to help motivate employees to reach their full potential. Starting wages are not fantastic, but advancement comes quick for those willing and able to put forth their best effort.

Pros

- No matter what you plan to do in life, you will build a strong skill set by working here. - You run your own business - Day to day business will make you strong - If you do what people guide you to do you, will be successful - Worldwide Express has an impeccable training program both entry level and advanced. - There is never a boring day - Two years in this position in equivalent of seven years in any other entry level career. - Wether you stay at Worldwide Express for ten years or two years no matter what, you will be sucessful with what you learned within your time in the company.

Cons

- Coldcalling isn't fun everyday... But you make it what you want it to be - Entry level pay isn't the best. You can earn your way to make it good.
