Pros
I have never worked somewhere with such supportive amazing coworkers who want everyone to succeed. I have worked in several environments and never enjoyed a job as much as I enjoy working here. The insurance is ok, 401k match is good, but the real benefit of working here is the positive culture created on the IAM team. I see myself retiring here.
Cons
-Training could be better and more in depth, to no fault of the trainer. 2 weeks is simply not enough to learn all the aspects of this job and do this job well. We have to rely heavily on co-workers and our BDM's to get us through the first several weeks of this job. -pay, even including bonuses, could be much better for the work we put in
