Pros

When I started at Worldwide it truly felt like a company that cares for their employees and had management who would empower their teams. If WEX could go back to their roots it would probably be a better place to work.

Cons

Stop putting people in management positions who have NO idea what they are doing and have never done that particular position prior. Because guess what... they will have no clue how to lead that team in a positive direction. Sales training is only focused on selling UPS and to sell on price. Nothing about LTL. The people you choose to be RST's are all failures from their previous position and that was well known at the company. I've heard plenty of people say that RST's are people they somehow won't fire so they throw them into a training position. How does that make sense? Certain Directors of Sales employees use and abuse their power. Your director rigs sales competitions so they can have their favorites place? That will happen at Worldwide. Your director is having an affair with an employee? That will happen. You want to report bad behavior to HR? Don't worry... they will tell you to stay quiet about it because your director can't keep it in his pants all while the entire office knows about the ongoing affair. Your director gets intoxicated and hits on young female employees? That will also happen. The list goes on and on....
