Cons

Reported my manager for sexual harassment. They gave him a warning and I ended up quitting because I was so uncomfortable. After two more girls reported him he was fired. Unbelievable.

Sometimes will tell you what they think you want to hear at the moment to generate immediate results, regardless of the fact it might not be the truth or in your best interest. In other words-company sales over individual integrity & well-being.
