      Pros

      I have been with WWEX for years and it has been a great environment to grow in. I started out as an Account Manager and have advanced through hard work and great training. If you are a hard-worker with a competitive nature, you can see real success with this company. If you put in the work, you can get great results and rewards.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated to be successful here. It's not a con necessarily, but if you are in the field on your own part of the day so you have to push yourself.

      Pros

      If you're looking for something fast paced with the best sales training in the country, not to mention the ability to sell for a company like UPS, this is a great fit. A lot of sales positions at other companies will have a draw where you start out with a base salary then it goes away as your sales increase, this is the exact opposite. My base salary has actually gone up as well as my residual based commissions which provides for endless opportunity. I have been able to move up in the organization at a fairly rapid pace as well. My favorite thing about Worldwide Express though is I truly love what I do and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      This is a performance based position. If you're looking for a basic 9-5 to collect a paycheck, this probably isn't the place for you.
