They gave you tools you needed to succeed.

Cons

They didn't provide much in growth or continual learning. 1 on 1's were rare and no structure for promotions. The corporate office was out of touch with the day to day of the UT office and they showed favoritism to the offices closer to them. After a couple round of layoffs the CEO sent out an email stating that losing those employees was simply "trimming the fat" so to speak. Not something you want to hear about your friends and co workers who just lost their jobs. Employees also received a package sent to their home with wristbands saying "Be Better". Again, not a great approach to inspire loyalty and hard work.

They offer remote positions here.

Cons

Upper management does not listen to what employees need to succeed. CEO and executive team only care about what they make. Capped commissions no matter your impact to the team and the organization. CEO is aware of the overall distress of the employees and nothing is done about it. Employees aren’t happy here.
