      Amazing coworkers, inclusive environment, feels like the company gives back to the community in positive ways.

      Cons

      Mid level management is an absolute mess in finance. Inflated job titles and salaries for managers. Under-paid and over worked junior employees.

      Illegal stuff like not properly labeling batches, sell something that’s actually the newest batch as the previous batch, all because they don’t have test results yet No communication Sexual harassment Favoritism A lot of promises that are actually lord

      Decent benefits, hour lunch breaks, a few cool people

      Cons

      You will be overworked and underappreciated. You will likely obtain at least one injury on the job within your first 90 days. You will think to yourself "is this job worth the stress?" At least 3 times a day. You will reevaluate your will to work in the industry in general. This company will likely lie to you about how much they care and appreciate you.
