You will enjoy meeting and knowing many individuals at dispensaries within the cannabis community. Free Healthcare

Cons

Bad management, no clear path for growth, poor communication, excessive monitoring and micromanaging, erratic work hours, no work/life balance. As there are many cannabis companies to choose to work with, based on my experience WYLD would not be the first company I’d choose for employment; especially if it’s your first job in the cannabis industry.

Zero! Worst experience I’ve ever had! I’d give negative a thousand stars if I could!

Cons

Hired me. Then made me wait, unpaid for 6 MONTHS! When I asked management when I would be starting, they sent me an email rescinding my offer!! They lied to me repeatedly about the warehouse being “almost done” at least 25 times! I later found out, it hasn’t even been started!! They caused me financial ruin due to not being paid for 6 months! Their gummies suck too, btw. Way overpriced for the tiny amount of THC or CBD you get!
