Pros

-THE COWORKERS. Absolutely supportive of eachother in almost every single way. The camaraderie is strong here, and also in the kitchen. -The literal job itself, as in the actual tasks assigned to us through the job description. -Free weekly snacks, monthly treats (almost always Pushkins or donuts but still.. nice) -Occasional free items (Gummies, Shirts, Hats, Stickers, etc. common company items) -lenient-ish policies regarding calling out/time off. As far as I'm concerned, typically the company isn't this lenient about people calling out, but it is so hectic right now, at work and outside of work, so that's probably effecting it.

Cons

-Management, period. They don't communicate with eachother about changes. Not sure what else to say. They're also really intimidating and sometimes are short with you, but they also have problems too. -Hygiene, I guess. We wear masks all the time, but people get sick. When we have 10 days of no Covid reports, Management will always come in and tell us we don't have to wear masks anymore, but people will get sick again and it starts all over lol. It's almost like they celebrate it! (I do remember my supervisor making occasional vague anti-vax remarks..) A lot of people also don't change their gloves as often as they should. -Preformative allyship from the company and the higher-ups. They don't care about the LGBTQ+ despite claiming they do, for example. But that's every company. -CONSTANT injuries in both departments at the facility. It's really scary and as far as we hear, they don't get much help for it, even with our insurance. So many injuries that OSHA is currently investigating Wyld. -very abrupt change in tasks almost every day, extremely cramped because there is no space for the people we keep hiring, and the plans to move into a bigger facility are always pushed back, I believe for about a year now. And the biggest con AS OF NOW: MANDATORY 6 DAY WORK WEEKS. We are extremely burnt out from this change. We started this in late November because Sales "oversold" product. (We never see sales working along side us, and while we pick up the Slack, they are getting almost 800$ MONTHLY Bonuses, practically off our backs.) They aren't stopping the overselling, and they won't allow accommodations for anybody. They don't care about your free time, child care arrangements, schooling, or second jobs. The only way to get out of Saturdays is to use the PTO/Vacation hours YOU EARNED. when I was hired I was promised NO WEEKENDS and a week off at the end of the year. Neither was true. Long story short, it's a mess.

Pros

Snacks when youre good but usually gone after first day

Cons

Where do i start... policies change daily routines and procedures change daily. Boss dont know what they are doing. They company flipped from being about the quality of the product and business to not caring and only worrying about pushing out the product and not the quality they pushed out.
