Pros

-The cooks were very awesome and the people who actually worked in the kitchen on a daily basis felt like family.

Cons

-Terrible managers who used fear tactics to push productivity. -Extremely low morale from the supervisory level and down. - Little to no support from kitchen, building, or site management. - Consistenly blamed for the short comings of upper management who never took accountability for the issues they caused and the rolls they played in the issues. - Extremely high turn over in the kitchen, leads and employees would walk out or quit on a consistent basis.
