Pros

Maybe the benefits, if you believe all of the cons are actually worth it ..

Cons

The pay and benefits are decent, but I can promise you they are not worth the stress and unattainable expectations they put on you. Every single manager will talk down to you, but "it's just sarcasm". One manager in particular has been actively discouraging people to apply for plant manager (the application is literally open to any current employee and the public). Super vindictive work environment, there are quite honestly people in HR putting in legitimate complaints about their superiors almost every single day, yet the company could care less. The most toxic work environment I have ever been in. They don't care about their employees, and they certainly don't care about pushing their employees so far that they have mental breakdowns and serious health issues.

Pros

Cool coworkers, hour lunch, overall friendly atmosphere. The facilities manager is very kind.

Cons

Poor pay compared to the amount of hard physical labor you do. Rapid changes in schedule with ~3 days warning advance. Many coworkers suffered severe stress injuries, you are basically guaranteed to injure yourself. Management has no system of accountability in place—the kitchen manager in particular frequently talks down to her employees and gets away with it by passing it off as sarcasm. Extremely high turnover rate because nobody wants to deal with the pressure. Dirty working conditions, the ceiling of the kitchen is covered in scraps of product.

Pros

Decent benefits, hour lunch breaks, a few cool people

Cons

You will be overworked and underappreciated. You will likely obtain at least one injury on the job within your first 90 days. You will think to yourself "is this job worth the stress?" At least 3 times a day. You will reevaluate your will to work in the industry in general. This company will likely lie to you about how much they care and appreciate you.
