Pros

Great benefits, lots of growth opportunities for people willing to put the work into personal development

Cons

Jobs can be demanding and people are held accountable for their actions. If you want to be able to blend in and not have to work this is not the place for you.

They expect too much

Pros

Good benefits, they also pay decent. clean facility and well developed training for all employees. active in social justice and providing information on local/national issues. Good place to grow if you can "play the game" Very diverse, inclusive and pro active in social justice and civil rights.

Cons

Management expects too much. Too many forced overtime hours, unsafe location due to local gang violence in the area. You need to be available for anything they need.
