Pros
The term "startup mentality" gets thrown around a lot when discussing companies that are fast moving and growing. Here, it's similar. If you are a self-starter, and someone who can rely on yourself instead of others to get things done, this is the place. Been here for a little over a month and it's already a more rewarding job than most I've had.
Cons
The pro, is also the con. This isn't a job for everyone. Be prepared to pivot often and work hard.
