      Pros

      I think Wyld makes the best products on the market. We have processes dialed in to make sure our products are incredibly consistent of the highest quality. Now take that ethos to every part of the company. Never worked in a place where you wanted to raise the bar a little higher every day.

      Cons

      It's fast-paced. It definitely is not for everyone but the rewards make it worth it.

      Pros

      If you enjoy being challenged and held to a high standard, this is the company for you. You will continually be pushed outside your comfort zone and are expected to be a rock star. If you're not a rock star, this company dedicates time to working with you and developing your skills.

      Cons

      The only con I can list here is the same as the pro above; you will be expected to perform day-in and day-out, if you can't handle that or are incapable then you will not enjoy working here.

      Great pay, they pay your benefits, the company overall is really amazing, the family vibes we give off, the people who work here are incredible and driven, new company, so tons of room to move up in the company eventually.. and so many more great reasons as to why you should work here!

      Cons

      Not many cons, we work fasted paced overall, so slackers won’t cut it here.
