Pros

I was referred by a close friend of mine. I have worked in the industry in CA. I was hesitant to pursue the opportunity until I researched the company and talked to my coworker about their morals and procedures. Working for a company who cares about each person's accomodations for work especially during the pandemic is so important. I believe wyld goes above and beyond for their staff.

Cons

I'm excited to step into the Wyld.

WYLD has been an amazing company to work for. There is such a strong culture you actually feel it. The mission and ethos of the company is so authentic. Being a part of WYLD is life changing. Inspiring, fulfilling, dynamic, challenging, rewarding.

Cons

You will be disappointed if you want an average, midocer, easy, slow job/company. WYLD is NONE of these things.
