Pros

Good pay and benefits but a frustrating hybrid schedule. Unless you’re a staff accountant or part of management you have absolutely no flexibility with your hours or days in office unless you’re willing to advocate for yourself and tolerate the guilt trip

Cons

Passive aggressive communication, double standards, favoritism, little opportunity for advancement, toxic work culture, poor to non existent communication, inability to take advantage of the benefits given, any reports submitted to HR become common knowledge (no confidentiality)

Terribly run company

Pros

Generally lots of talented, driven, passionate people at the floor and middle management levels. If you get lucky, decent career advancement possibilities. Regardless of local regulations, you can always get hooked up with free samples.

Cons

Worsening benefits each year The ceo is a lunatic- gives tech-bros a run for their money in terms of arrogance and ignorance. This bleeds down to the rest of his yes-folk c-suite and senior leadership. Absolutely crushing workloads. Frequent burnout, folks crying at work, lots of sloppy work getting done quick that makes for more work down the line rather than being slow and methodological. The place has been dealing with rolling layoffs for the better part of the past three years now almost. Lots of lip-service paid to dei/equity/etc but only in the shallowest sense of what's easy to do and makes for good marketing. If you are a woman, you will get pushed out if you are in middle management or above and get pregnant.
