Pros

Decent Medical Benefits; could be better, could be worse

Cons

Company does not practice what they preach, they pretend to care about staff on paper but everyone is expendable to them. They do not listen to their employees or their ideas although Wyld swears by these things during their onboarding. Their DEI practice/initiative is a huge joke, basically trying to hit a check box. The core upper management team that has been here for years & are all friends with each other. Basically paying their friends to do a terrible job then blame the people below for not doing enough, this company has crazy turn around.

Pros

Adequate benefits and pay structure, lots of fun interesting people on staff. Company might even give you free drugs if they like you. Career opportunities for sociopaths.

Cons

No accountability, compassion, or communication in management. Mission statement directly states that people are not valued as people, only for what they can produce. This company puts tons of effort into advertising moral, ethical, and environmental concern, while simultaneously practicing the opposite of what they preach. Do not be fooled.

Pros

Good Pay, Great Health Insurance.

Cons

Greenwashing, virtue signaling, toxic boys club who prioritizes diversity hires over talent. Be prepared to lose your ability to have an open dialogue, introduce ideas & be seen as anything more than a pawn for some more entitled white dudes to get their$ in an already white-male dominated industry. Also, prepare NO work-life balance. Cut your salary by half because you will work 70+ hours a week.
