Frequent burnout, folks crying at work, lots of sloppy work getting done quick that makes for more work down the line rather than being slow and methodological. The place has been dealing with rolling layoffs for the better part of the past three years now almost. Lots of lip-service paid to dei/equity/etc but only in the shallowest sense of what's easy to do and makes for good marketing. If you are a woman, you will get pushed out if you are in middle management or above and get pregnant.
