Pros

It's a smaller bank and they have a great vision/values. It could be a great place to work if you want to be in banking long-term - opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

The pay is very low. When I interviewed, employees were expected to earn about $15-20k in bonuses, but they dropped the bonus structure 4 weeks after I got hired and instead raised my yearly salary by 1k, which didn't even come close to replacing the potential income I would have had. Because of that change, I could not stick with the company long term. I needed to make more money to provide for my family.

Pros

Pay is decent, but not worth the people you deal with

Cons

Leadership is a shitshow here, people constantly calling out, higher ups making calls that aren't going to affect them, but will affect customers and the people working to try and keep them happy.

Pros

Pretty positive work environment and room for advancement.

Cons

Little vacation time allotted for the first 5 years of employment (only 10 days) and you have to take 5 consecutive days at least once throughout the year. The pay is low for cost of living.
