Office staff are nice enough. Insurance is great.

Cons

No bonuses, corporate to the max. Never told we're doing a good job. Upper management makes bonuses off our our work. No upward mobility.

Very old school mentality, inappropriate comments, massive pay discrepancies despite having more experience + higher title + more responsibility, essentially no training, a few 60 hour weeks per quarter, some teams need to pull 80 hour weeks a few times a year
