      Pros

      People with right skills and Culture are assets . Employees are skilled, open minded and supportive. Enough work so you don't get bored. Easy on boarding. Work life balance is great with Partial remote option available based on nature of work. Company is growing and creating more jobs. Lot of things to learn and room to grow.

      Cons

      There are some knowledge gaps due to employees moved to different roles.
