Competitive pay that HR takes seriously. They constantly review in order to keep up with market trends. Local HR Manager that is equally dedicated to our success. Management from the highest levels who really care. They make an effort to stop in on us, come to our labs and offices, and really join in with the needs of the team. Amazing innovations in a global market. Fast paced, exciting, lots of work in process and in queue.
