The company has strong specialized technical talent in train control, software, test, project management, and systems engineering. Most of the staff are very experienced well rounded healthy people. However, there is a psychopath (yes, a psychopath) in a management position on one end of the building that the company does not reign in. Screaming and crying are often heard through a closed door on that end of the building. Utter silence is fairly prevalent througout that area otherwise.
