Pros
Really a neat concept to be able to work custom designed locomotives. Lots of different projects to work on.
Cons
Horribly mis-managed. They bleed money like there is always an endless supply. Then when times get tight, it's just "oh well" and have a big round of layoffs of even their best employees whom have been loyal for 5+ years. But, they keep the much less motivated employees because those that have been there for a certain amount of time are ingrained into a "good ol' boy" culture. A tough place to fit in, and virtually no opportunity for long term employment unless you're "in", whether you are good at your job or not. It's essentially a hire-and-fire contract factory.
