      Great product, good people for the most part

      Cons

      Lacking in a clear vision and direction for this Wabtec division. It seems that Wabtec corporate isn't necessarily being transparent with their plans for MotivePower. This lack of transparency has caused a moral issue and good employees to seek a more stable work place.

      Pays very well, friendly coworkers, flexible working hours, secure industry, great benefits, lots of exposure to project work

      Cons

      Very rigid in their management style, few opportunities to learn things outside of your immediate job responsibilities, not a lot of opportunity for growth.
