      Flexibility of work timings to maintain work life balance

      WITEC is going downhill in recent times, too much politics to get a small chunk of quality work. Growth is limited and poor visibility of the work in pipeline.Recent times, the environment has become toxic.

      Co-workers are very friendly and office premises is comfortable.

      Cons

      This is about the company branch in Sri Lanka. Very poor human resource management. HR managers have the attitude and misunderstanding they pretty much own the company while their qualifications never match the qualifications of a average software developer. Autocratic mechanisms make the developers and employees in general feel unmotivated.
